Hedingham Sharks Swim Team

Please read the following rules carefully:

All swimmers and parents are expected and required to follow the following rules:

1. Parents must stay at practices for children 6 and under
2. Swimmers must come prepared with swimsuit and goggles to every practice. It's also advised to bring water, towel, and sunscreen.
3. Please inform coach if you cannot attend practice for any reason
4. Swimmers are to be respectful to other swimmers and coaching staff at all times
5. Most importantly, Have Fun!!
